<P>The Napa River Fisheries Monitoring Program (FMP) is primarily designed to 
detect the use of the project area by various fish species after construction 
of the flood protection project. Fish habitat restoration features of the Napa 
River Flood Protection Project will be evaluated, in part, by use of the area 
by listed and non-listed fish species.</P>

The Napa River Fisheries Monitoring Program (FMP) is primarily designed to detect the presence of fish species in the project area before and after construction of the flood protection project. Fish habitat restoration features of the Napa River Flood Protection Project will be evaluated to determine use of the area by some fish species.
